“But those who always worship Me with exclusive devotion, meditating on My transcendental form- to them I carry what they lack, and I preserve what they have.” 9.22 Bhagavad Gita The Most Confidential Knowledge
Witness the multitudes manifest, and I posit, one must come to do it…it is a method, arising out of its own center, activity, in general… to practice “exclusive” devotion one must, by way of the “transcendental form”, come to realize how hopelessly intertwined we all are, and, by extension, the hopelessness of practicing exclusivity, in general. To touch anything is to touch it all, past, present, and future. Without curation, we nearly have no sense of this…until we hand the switchboard over to the Wachowskis or some other American institution on a Friday night…
To find ourselves in a state of functional grace we need to be…in a state of functional grace, as a result of experiencing our respective lives, as they unfold. To do as much we are instructed by the Godhead that we need to “worship” Him with “exclusive devotion”. This devotion amounts to proper living, sees us in service/accord with most of the lifeforms which surround us (life isn’t total harmony, after all… and suffering is grace!), and functionally sees the Godhead providing to us, practitioners, “what” we “lack”, in addition to “preserving” what we already “have” (preferences; developmental milestones…past achievements of Self) by way of the social and natural worlds.
This is all fancy talk for seeing the Universe itself as an emanation of God, which the Transcendental Sciences being taught also are as an impersonal system of wisdom, transmissible culturally… it’s the living word as people of Western religion occasionally say…and to see all life-forms as just as precious as source (which, btw, the reason people then trip out over the fact that we eat things is because they still have yet to come to terms with their own mortality, the perpetual perfection of the way things are at all moments by some insane and unfathomable grace, as well as our capacity to actually get our sh*t together as a people and eclipse these social issues across time…) and understand the weight of each and every thing is the meaning of life, and that which pacifies the wolf at the door.
Every life form, according to this cosmology, is equal, and equally beautiful. So to eat a salad…how is that not murder? Those are life-forms… and if the life-forms which are here always really do want to move on to a whole new better schism mostly all of the time, and then all of the/those anthropomorphic tendencies of spontaneity that don’t pan out philosophically… I just don’t understand how a salad could be morally pristine relative to a steak when a steak is a fine enough thing to get entire wait-staffs employed…
Sexuality is very charged…and very hard to face at times in young adulthood, so I don’t mean to be entirely aloof, as I understand the moral takeaways of the institution, and they are exactly what we need in our discourse permitting we as a people could actually succeed at this as a discourse, we arguably failed big with the territory of “Transsexuality”, but if we’re expected to be morally savvy enough to understand and compassionately potentiate pansexuality in this day and age, outright pansexuality, …well then, we’ve succeeded at becoming that radium-enriched fungus that grows near the Chernobyl site…we’ve finally learned to live with society…finally learned how to make something from this….hardwired to insist we have an ever expanding sandbox of potential options/prestige, totally bound socio-economically in the face of as much with worldview being a relevant factor on the table…just as the sitcom Father, destined to become ornerier and ever the more boxed in across time…until it’s us who sends ourselves to the moon…either by way of spontaneous combustion or just macho-machoistic engineering projects on the social scale, Pharaoh-style…
One way or another this darkness has got to give!

Just what is a “self”? …and what do we tend to do with it?
